1. Standard Returns

  • Return Window: 30 days from delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, brand-certified, and in original packaging.
  • Process:

  2. Receive your return authorization and instructions.
  • Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Opened or Damaged Items: Partial refunds may apply if items are opened, damaged, or not in original condition.
  • Exchanges: Direct exchanges are not offered; please place a new order if needed.
  • Chargebacks / Disputes: Orders outside the 30-day window or reasons not covered by this policy are not eligible for a refund.

2. Klarna Purchases

For items purchased through Klarna, the following special rules apply:

  • Return Disclaimer: Klarna orders have separate terms — refunds may affect Klarna payment schedules.
  • Return Window: Items must be returned within 14 days for free postage.
  • Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. For sanitary or personal care items, products cannot be opened due to hygiene reasons.
  • Restock Fee / Exchanges:
  • No restock fees are charged.
  • Exchanges are not allowed; please place a new order if required.
  • Refund Process:

  2. Receive return instructions and prepaid shipping label for free return postage.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed via Klarna, which may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.
  • Non-Eligible Items: Orders returned after 14 days, opened, used, or damaged will not be refunded.
